You can arrive any time after 5:00 PM on Friday, September 5th. We’ll officially kick things off that evening with a low-key welcome session.
The retreat wraps up by 12:00 PM on Sunday, but you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the lake, the house, and your new friends until 3:00 PM.
Can men attend?
This retreat is designed exclusively for women. We love the guys—but this space is for midlife women ready to reflect, reset, and reboot.
Will I have my own room?
Maybe—you will have your own bed. Most rooms are shared, and yes… there is one room with bunkbeds. But don’t worry—we’ll keep the vibe fun, not summer-camp-cringe. Whether you’re on the top bunk or in your own cozy corner, you’ll have space to rest, recharge, and maybe even journal under a blanket.
How will rooms be assigned?
Rooms will be assigned in the order of registration. If you’re attending with a friend, just let us know—we’ll make sure you’re paired together in the same room.
If you have a strong preference—like a first-floor room or top bunk —we can’t guarantee it, but let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Is there an age requirement?
We won’t be checking IDs, but this retreat is thoughtfully created for midlife women—typically 40s, 50s, and beyond—who are dreaming about their next act, whether that’s a career change, corporate escape, or launching something of their own.
What’s the weather like?
Early September at Pine Mountain Lake usually means warm days and cool evenings. Think “late summer” with a touch of mountain crispness. Bring layers—you’ll want that hoodie on the deck in the morning.
Also, the lake water is very clean and refreshing. Swimsuits are highly recommended.
Will I get a packing list?
Absolutely. You’ll get a full packing list and logistics email a few weeks before the retreat—including what to bring, what to leave behind, and what kind of comfy clothes will vibe best with lakeside breakthroughs.
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
You’ll receive a pre-retreat survey where you can share any allergies, sensitivities, or dietary needs. We'll do our best to accommodate everyone, but please note: there is only one shared kitchen and meals are prepared in a shared space.
Will the retreat be structured or open?
Both! Think of it as intentional vacation vibes. We’ll have group coaching sessions, mindset work, and guided activities—but there will also be plenty of free time to rest, reflect, journal, or sip coffee, tea, wine or whatever on the deck.
Is the house accessible?
The house is stunning—but it does have 3.5 stories and a lot of stairs. There is limited space on the main level, so unfortunately it may not be ideal for anyone with mobility limitations.
What’s your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds, as space is extremely limited and each spot is reserved just for you. That said, if you’re unable to attend and give us advance notice, we’ll do our best to help fill your spot—and if we can, we’ll consider a refund/partial refund at that time.
